Cost Plus (Private Health Services Plan - PHSP) is a Canadian tax-effective, self-insured health and dental benefit plan for business owners and employees. It covers 100% of Canada Revenue Agency eligible medical expenses—including those not covered by traditional insurance—with no monthly premiums.

Our Fees Include CRA Support

$ 750 per year + 10% of approved expenses. In the event the CRA requests are review of your PHSP plan we will support and communicate with them on your behalf.


Pay-As-You-Go

You submit your Cost Plus Claim Form along with your expense receipts to Elite Business Services Ltd. Your claim is adjudicated by our claim specialists to determine eligiblity and reimbursement.  Your company will then receive an Invoice for the amount of the reimbursement due, plus the administration fee and GST.  Once your company has paid the Invoice, we will reimburse you personally with your tax-free benefit amount.

Pre-Allocated Funds 

Sign-up for your Employment Benefit Plan & allocate  the amount for the PHSP Account. We open a payroll account and set-up a minimal annual salary for you and your spouse.    is Invoiced for the determined amount that you wish to use for “funding” your Cost Plus Plan.  These funds are deposited into your plan Cost Plus Operating Account.  The funds are then used to reimburse your claims as they are submitted avoiding any delays in processing.  When your Operating Account is depleted, your company will once again be invoiced for additional funding.
